Log into your XDress account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return form or RMA number inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
